摘 要：采用端羧基丁腈橡膠(CTBN)增韌改性特種環(huán)氧樹脂體系，配合使用添加型磷系阻燃劑得到覆蓋膜用膠液，以此制備的SF305C無鹵阻燃型覆蓋膜不含銻和鉛、汞、鎘、六價鉻等有害重金屬，滿足歐盟RoHS指令要求。并且和同系產(chǎn)品進行了對比分析，SF305C具備優(yōu)異的剝離強度、柔軟性、耐變色性和尺寸穩(wěn)定性。

Abstract: A varnish used for coverlay was prepared with special epoxy resin, carboxyl-terminated acrlonitrile‑butadiene rubber(CTBN) and phosphorated flame retardant. To conform to the requirements of RoHS, the halogen-free flame-retarded coverlay does not contain Stibium, lead, mercury, cadmium and chromium Ⅵ. Besides, the peel strength, stiffness，colour-changing resistance and dimensional stability are excellence.
